The submission of an event booking inquiry and/or discussions with sales team members is non-binding. Bookings will not be considered binding on the hotel unless both the customer and the hotel have executed an event booking agreement and customer has paid the required deposit. Except as may be prohibited by Federal or State laws, The Post Oak Hotel reserves the right to refuse a potential booking for any reason, including reasons such as health concerns, safety and security concerns, crowd control, unwanted publicity, or potential reputational harm to the hotel.
